I am an entrepreneur specializing in cakes, cookies, cupcakes, lemon pie, that is, different types of desserts. We are located in Houston, Texas. My name is Mariela Montilla, and I have more than 30 years of experience in baking. I have Wilton certificates in cake and cupcake decorating in the US.
I studied cake and dessert making for entrepreneurship, cake and pie decorating in Mexico. In Mexico, I had my first dessert business at the Food Fair in the city of Veracruz at the Mall de las Americas, which was very successful, and I am grateful to all the people who supported my venture. In the USA, I have worked in my cake, cupcake, and cookie business at markets and by order.
